Commemorative Panels

Commemorative Panels are issued
by the United States Postal Service for commemorative stamps
only. The Panels are made of extra heavy 8 1/2" x
11" stock and they feature engraved reproductions of
artwork, a block of four mint stamps and a narrative detailing
the story behind the stamps subject. Commemorative Panels can
also be purchased from stamp dealers. |
