This is the first entry to the new Bulletin Board. The board has been changed so that all entries will be reviewed by the webmaster before posting to the Web-site. ESPER would have preferred to keep the board fully open for automatic posting, unfortunately the Spammers have been taking advantage of the open board to post advertisments and other derogatory material.

I will be reviewing entries on a daily basis and all entries will be posted within 24 hours of your original post. Thankyou for your patience and understanding. Richie T.
